Chastity Ann Burgess

Chastity Ann Burgess, 49 , a Crittenden, KY resident died unexpectedly on Monday morning April 3, 2023 at her residence. Born Sunday January 27, 1974 in Covington, KY, she was the daughter of Steven Howard Ingram and Dora Mae Scott Gordon.

On May 25, 1991 in Williamstown, she was united in marriage to Timothy Burgess; he survives.  She was a registered nurse; for the past 20 years she was employed at Grant Manor Nursing and Rehab Center. She loved her 2010 Mustang, camping in the outdoors and collecting crystal ware. She will long be remembered for the many sacrifices she made in order to help others in need but the greatest legacy she hands off to her family is the many memories she made as “Grammy”.

Survivors include her husband of  almost 32 years, Timothy Burgess; her mother: Dora Mae Scott Gordon of Williamstowm; her father: Steven Howard Ingram of Dry Ridge; four sons: Brandon Tyler Burgess and his fiance’ Alexandra McAffee of Williamstown, Timothy Steven (Amber) Burgess of Berry, Logan Tanner Burgess of Crittenden,  Tristan Tucker Burgess of Crittenden; one daughter: Cheyenne Burgess and her fiance’ Brandon Cain of Williamstown along with one brother: Brian Steven Ingram of Burlington.  Also surviving are five grandchildren: Adalyn Burgess, Henry Burgess, Grayson Burgess, Theodore Burgess and Maverick Greer.

A “Celebration of Life” will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.  This obituary notice will reflect the date and times once that information has been finalized.
