Clinton Miles Thomas

Clinton Miles Thomas , 35, of Crittenden, KY, entered his eternal home on Monday, March 3, 2025, unexpectedly from a heart ailment. He was born March 25, 1989, in Edgewood, KY. He was the son of Rev. and Mrs. David (Darlene) Thomas of Crittenden.

He was a former employee of Kroger, Mt. Washington, KY. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Louisville in 2014. He was a graduate of Bullitt East High School, Mt. Washington, KY, where he was salutatorian of his 2007 graduating class. He played tuba for three years while in high school. He earned the rank of First Class Scout in Boy Scout Troop #719. He was an avid online reader and gamer with a special interest in animated books. At an early age, he made a profession of faith and was baptized at Gardnersville Baptist Church in Demossville, KY.

Clinton leaves to mourn his loss, his parents: David and Darlene Polley Thomas; aunts and uncles: Christine (Greg) Bryant, Greg (Terri) Thomas, Mark (Robin) Thomas, Judy Smith, Bryan (Candi) Thomas, Janet McKee, Linda Smith, Terry (Virginia) Polley, Connie Polley, and Marlene (Scott) Gresser; along with numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Lowell and Elizabeth Thomas; maternal grandparents: Robert L. and Anne Belle Polley; and aunts and uncles: Darryl Smith, Harold McKee, Robert G. Polley, William L. Polley, Mary Lou Filoso, Tommie L. Polley, Marty G. Polley, Betty A. Moreaux and Retta M. Searp.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 132 S. Main St., Crittenden, with a funeral service to begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Rev. Joe Kosar will officiate. Burial will be in New Bethel Cemetery, Verona, KY.
