Cora Ann Mcmahan

Cora Ann Jump McMahan was born July 26, 1937 in Sunrise, KY and passed away Dec. 20, 2018 in Glencoe, KY at the age of 81.  She was the daughter of the late Arthur & Anna Mary Munson Jump.

Cora was a retired grocery store clerk and a member of the New Life Church of God in Glencoe.  She enjoyed going to yard sales and consignment shops but most of all she will be remembered for her love of her family and especially her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dan McMahan in 1965.  She is survived by 4 sons: Danny McMahan (Dolly) of Independence, Robert "Bobby" McMahan (Betty) of Owenton, Walter McMahan (Yvonne) of Crittenden and Freddy "Frog" McMahan of Williamstown; 3 daughters: Carol West (Keith) of Sanders, Betty Petry (Doug) of Glencoe and Martha Elmore of Glencoe; 28 grandchildren, 76 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, Dec. 27, 2018 at Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home in Verona.  Visitation will be 4:00-8:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the Highland Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell.
