Daniel Overton Montgomery

Daniel "Danny" Montgomery was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend.  He left this world way too soon on April 13, 2022 at the age of 60.

He was born to the late James Paris and Dorothy Ann Shields Montgomery on March 24, 1962.

Danny, a Crittenden, KY resident, was a Grant County High School graduate who worked at Krauss-Maffei Corporation as a Customer Care Manager for many years.  He was a fun loving man who enjoyed spending time outdoors with his family and friends, a cold beer, fishing, gambling, and hot rod cars.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah Draper Montgomery of Crittenden, daughter, Glenda G. (Scott) Butler of Dry Ridge, KY, 2 sons; James L. (Jamie) Montgomery of Crittenden, KY, Mitchell C. (Ashley Dalton) Montgomery of Lexington, KY, adopted son, Josh Rowland of Dry Ridge, KY, 2 brothers, Kenny Montgomery and Joey Montgomery, both of Williamstown, KY, 2 sisters; Lee Ann Scholl of Disputanta, VA, Becky Montgomery of Gainesville, FL, 10 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.

Danny was preceded in death by his brothers, Mike and Jimmy Montgomery.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Elliston Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown.  Visitation will be 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Saturday at the Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Williamstown Cemetery.
