Danny Ray Wilson

Danny Ray Wilson was born May 26, 1955 in Georgetown, Kentucky and passed away October 6, 2020 at his residence in Williamstown, Kentucky at the age of 65.  He was the son of the late Estil and Betty Lee Taylor Wilson.

On July 15, 1977 Danny was united in marriage to Deana Marlene Nantz Wilson.  In addition to his wife of 43 years, Danny is survived by a daughter: Daffney Wilson Helton (Bruce) of Bracken Co.; a son: Dusty Ray Wilson of London; 2 grandchildren: Brooklyn Wilson and Haley (and 1 grandchild on the way); 2 great grandchildren; aunt: Patsy Spurlock (RD) of Georgetown; and an uncle: Herbert Clarence Taylor of Owenton.

Danny was a retired forklift operator for Allied Signal.  He always enjoyed watching westerns, pulling pranks of his family and collecting guns.  He loved spending time with his grandkids and one of his greatest joys came from big mouth bass fishing.

Visitation will be 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Monday, October 12, 2020 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Monday at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in the Hill Crest Cemetery.
