David Thomas Haines of Williamstown, KY and formerly of Boone County was born Tuesday, February 20, 1951 in Covington, KY and died Wednesday, October 3, 2018 in Williamstown, KY at the age of 67.
He was the son of the late William Henry and Mary Ruth Satterfield Haines and a member of the Crittenden Christian Church. David was retired from Comair but he was also a business entrepreneur as an owner operator of several businesses, Haines Oil Co., 4D Auto Body, Haines Trucking, Haines Service Center, and Breakaway Travel. On July 11, 1970 he was united in marriage to his wife Pamela Ann Munday Haines. David was preceded in death by a son, James Thomas "Tommy" Haines.
In addition to his wife Pam, he is also survived by 2 sons, Matthew David (Jenine) Haines and their children Taylor, Colby, and Reagan, all of Union, KY and Joseph William (Julie) Haines and their children Shelby and Annie all of Burlington, KY, 3 brothers, Doug Haines of Florence, Dan Haines of Verona, and Del Haines of Walton, and best friend Esley McCubbin of Sanders.
A Celebration of Life will be at 7:30pm Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at the Burlington First Church of Christ. A time of reception and fellowship will also be Tuesday, 4:00pm-7:30pm at the Burlington First Church of Christ.
