David Leo Keith, 78, Corinth, KY, passed away Sunday April 11, 2021 at Georgetown Community Hospital. Born July 9, 1942 in Covington, KY, he was the son of the late Francis Frank and Opal Wells Keith.
David retired as a traveling millwright for Wendt Manufacturing. He proudly served his country during the beginning of the Vietnam Conflict in the United States Navy as a Navy Seal. He was an avid bass fisherman and bow hunter.
Survivors include, his daughter: Andria (Jamie) Cook of Corinth, KY and one sister: Judy Keith of Kansas. Ten grandchildren also survive: Robert (Bethany) Keith, Rachel (Adam) Wells, Candace (Jeff) Woods, Kayla (A.J.) Quatkemeyer, Faith Keith, Rauni (Ryan) Leos, Michelle (Jessie) Wainscott, Olivia Whaley, Patrick Whaley, Sophia Whaley, along with 5 great-grandchildren: David, Draven, Gracie, Blayne and Riverlynn, all of whom lovingless called him, “Papaw”. He was preceded in death by a son: Robert Brian Keith, a daughter: Teresa Lynn Stewart and one brother: Donnie Keith.
Private graveside services (for family only) will be conducted Friday April 16 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery – North (KVC-N).
