David Michael Williams

Mr. David M. Williams of Walton, KY. and formerly of Crittenden, KY. passed away Saturday, July 20 at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH. at the age of 62.  Mr. Williams was born January 1, 1957 in Covington, KY. to the late William George Williams and Martha Jane Turner Williams.  Mr. Williams was a retired stone mason and had proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.

In addition to his parents Mr. Williams was preceded in death by a daughter: Edna Michelle Lawson, also preceded by brothers: Donald Williams and Lawrence Williams.  Preceded in death by a sister: Margie Fields Miller.

Mr. Williams is survived by his wife: Loretta Ann Presley Williams, 3 sons: Larry Peters, II and his wife Sheila of Cincinnati, OH., Nathan Peters of Cincinnati, OH., Joshua Peters and his wife Alpha of Dry Ridge, KY., sisters: Carol Barnett, Geraldine White, Joyce Griffin, Shirley Cooper, Mary Lou Lily, brothers: Robert Williams, Walton Fields, Kenton Fields, 19 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons.

Funeral services for Mr. David M. Williams will be conducted 10:30 am Friday, July 26 in the chapel of the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 500 North Main Street, Williamstown, KY. 41097 with Rev. James Burford officiating.  Visitation will also be Friday, July 26 from 9:00 am - 10:30 am.  Burial with military honors will be in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, Williamstown.
