Deborah Ann Northcutt, 66, Dry Ridge, KY passed away unexpectedly Thursday March 31, 2022 at her residence. Born Friday December 2, 1955 in Maysville, KY, she was the daughter of the late James Clifton and Rose Mary Walters Northcutt. In the Spring of ’75 she graduated from Grant County High School. On June 16, 1975 she enlisted in the U.S. Army; that began a military career that would last 21.5 years; her career lead into and through the Persian Gulf War. She earned the rank of First Class E7 Platoon Sargent. In later years she taught at Grant Co. Adult Learning Center. After spending time with family and friends, she enjoyed her fishing games and YoWorld; she had a special love for animals, especially, cats, watching movies and spending time in her flower gardens. Survivors include one daughter: Jennifer Findley; two sons: Clifton James “C.J” Findley, Richard Alexander Findley – all of Dry Ridge; her twin sister: Patricia Sue (Chuck) Campbell of Williamstown and one brother: James (Pattie J.) Griffin Northcutt of Dry Ridge. Six grandchildren also survive: Alexander Roberts, Phebie Roberts, Roy Jordan, Derrick Jordan, Braiden Comstock and Aspen Marie Findley. She was preceded in death by a daughter: Adrianne Marie Findley and a brother: David Allen Northcutt. Funeral arrangements have not yet been finalized but tentative arrangements are as follows: Visitation will be Wednesday April 6, 2022 from 10:30 till 12:30 p.m. at Stanley Funeral Homes – Williamstown location. Funeral services will begin at 12:30 with Rev. Chuck Walters officiating. Arrival time at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery – North (KVC-N) is scheduled for 2 pm with Full Military Honors. Memorial gifts may be made in Deborah’s memory directly to the funeral home.
