Diana Lee Earhart

Diana Lee Earhart, 68, of Dry Ridge, passed away Wednesday October 27, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Hospice Care in Edgewood.  Born Friday May 14, 1953 in Toledo, OH, she was the daughter of the late James Albert and Viola Marie Ridgeway Cain.

On August 25, 1973, she was united in marriage to Charles Robert “Bob” Earhart; he survives. She was a self-employed construction and home remodeling contractor. In 1971 she graduated from Newport High School. Fishing was a pastime for her but her greatest pleasure came from her camping adventures at Heritage Hills Campgrounds in Liberty, IN with family and friends.

In addition to her husband of 48 years, Bob, she is also survived by her three grandchildren: Kay Lynn Thomas, Aerion Stidham, Conner Stidham; one brother: James Cain of Covington and a son-n-law: Daniel Keith Pennington of Dry Ridge.  She was preceded in death by a daughter, Debra Pennington and four sisters: Karen Johnson, Carol Williams, Darlene Tucker and Beverly Ruedebusch.

At Diana’s request, there will be no public funeral service.   Her arrangements will be carried out at a later date and at the convenience of the family.
