Donald Ray Craddock

Donald Ray Craddock was born March 10, 1954 in Covington, Kentucky and went to be with the Lord on August 29, 2021 in Dry Ridge, Kentucky at the age of 67. He was the son of the late Donald Eugene Craddock and Cloris Faye Tritsch Jones. On Aug. 10, 1996 Donnie, as he is lovingly known, was united in marriage to the love of his life, Pamela Rae Craddock. In addition to his wife Donnie is survived by a daughter: Anna Nicole (Curtis) Jarrell of Sadieville; a son: Matthew Douglas (Kristen) Thornton of Louisville; 2 sisters: Lois Hitch of Nancy and Margaret (Scott) Wolfer of Hebron; eight grandchildren: Mikayla, Clayton, Riley, Payton, Aliyah, Eva, Kenna and Owen; and his four legged son: Gunny. Donnie was a retired insurance agent and a proud Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of American Legion Post #200 and the NRA. He was an avid gun and knife collector and loved sharing stories about his collection with any willing listener. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and especially camping. Donnie will be remembered most for his love of his family and how much he adores his wife. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Friday Sept. 3, 2021 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Visitation will be 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Friday. Burial with Military Honors will be in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, North in Williamstown. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Disabled American Veterans.
