Donald "Butch" Marrs

Donald “Butch” Marrs of Burlington, KY was born June 7, 1942 in Cincinnati, OH and died Thursday, August 5, 2021 in Union, KY at the age of 79.

He was the son of the late Richard D. and Adeline Humphries Marrs, a veteran of the U.S. Navy, a former custodian for Disney World, FL and American Airlines, and owner/operator of B & J Pressure Washing. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a daughter, Debbie Perry, and 3 siblings, Johnny and Rollie Marrs and Julie Poland.

Surviving are: 1 son, Rick Marrs of Erlanger, 1 daughter, Carmen Warner of Burlington, 7 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 1 brother, David Marrs of Ohio, and 1 sister, Donna Brannock of Florida.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Monday, August 9, 2021 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY followed by burial in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North. Visitation will also be Monday 11:00am-1:00pm at the funeral home.
