Donna J. Bailey

Donna J. Bailey , 62, of Florence, KY, formerly of Williamstown, passed away unexpectantly at her residence on Sunday February 14, 2021.  Born Monday January 19, 1959 in Williamstown, KY, she was the daughter of Carolyn Joan Pugh Walthers and the late Kenneth Edward Walthers.

Donna was employed at US Bank where she was a Recovery and Restitution Analyst. She loved fostering dogs, reading novels, music, traveling and exploring flea markets.  She dedicated much of her spare time to Fred’s Mission Pet Rescue and Sanctuary.  She was a 1977 graduate of Grant Co. High School and was a member of Short Creek Baptist Church in Falmouth.

She leaves to cherish her memory, in addition to her mother, Carolyn Walthers of Falmouth, one daughter: Amy Bailey of Florence; a husband: Jason Allan Cloyd; three brothers: Mark (Mary Ann) Walthers of Williamstown, Gordon Allen (Ginger) Walthers of Alexandria and Brian (Angie) Walthers of Falmouth. Also surviving is her former husband: Roger Bailey of Williamstown and three nieces: Crystal Soper, Kennedy Walthers, Haley Walthers, along with two great-nieces: McKenzie Soper and Kendall Soper.  She was preceded in death by a brother: Kenneth Edward Walthers, Jr.

Visitation will be Friday February 19, 2021 at Stanley Funeral Homes – Williamstown location, from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.  Funeral services will begin at 2:00 with Bro. Jimmy Walton officiating.  Burial will follow in Williamstown Cemetery.
