Donna Fulks Blackburn

Donna Lynn Fulks Blackburn, surrounded by family, passed away peacefully at her home in Dry Ridge on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at the age of 64.

Donna was a machine operator for Schwan's for 30 years.  She was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Dry Ridge, KY.  She loved beach vacations, watching TLC and Hallmark movies, UK Basketball and Football, attending yard sales and bargain shopping.  She is described as a fun loving, sociable woman whom never met a stranger and received joy by the gift of giving to others.  Her favorite pastime is spending time with her family and attending social gatherings with friends.

On March 13, 1958 Donna was born to the late James Glen Fulks and Elizabeth Inez Nickell Fulks.  She is survived by one daughter, Vanessa (Austin) Blackburn of Lexington, KY, one brother John (Martha) Fulks, one sister Sandra (Jay) Gibbins and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her brother Charles Fulks.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 27, 2022 from 4-8pm at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home, 132 S. Main St., Crittenden, Ky.  Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 11am with a one hour visitation at 10am at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Dry Ridge, KY. Pastors John Sheaffer and Paul Marksberry will be officiating.  Memorials are suggested to the Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
