Donna "Dt" Elizabeth Taylor

Donna “DT” Elizabeth Taylor of Florence, KY and formerly of Grant County, was born October 8, 1951 in Covington, KY and died Sunday, August 1, 2021 in Edgewood, KY at the age of 69.

"DT" was a 1969 graduate of Grant Co. High School and a former employee of Cincinnati Bell.  She also worked for various other companies, but her greatest love was participating in sports, especially softball.  She was also an avid pool player.  She was a member of the Walton Lions Club and a member of the Dry Ridge Baptist Church.

She was the daughter of the late Stanley “Pop” and Betty Lou Moore Taylor.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Fonda “Jo Jo” Spreher and a brother, Lawson “Pop” Taylor.

Surviving are 2 brothers, Richard “Rich” Taylor and Mike “Pooter” Taylor, 9 nieces and nephews, 17 great nieces and nephews, 8 great-great nieces and nephews, 2 aunts, Edie Smitson and Sue Basset, and 1 uncle, Ralph “Babe” Taylor.

Funeral services will be 4:00pm Friday, August 6, 2021 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home Crittenden, KY. Visitation will also be Friday 2:00-4:00pm at the funeral home.
