Edward Johnson

Edward Johnson was born March 31, 1923 in Perry County, Kentucky and passed away August 21, 2020 in Owenton, Kentucky at the age of 97.  He was the son of the late Sam and Josie Caudill Johnson.

Edward was a retired coal miner.

He is survived by 7 sisters: Susie Newton of Newport, Mary Marksberry of Williamstown, Betty Sparrow of Owenton, Imogene Ulm of Walton, Nancy Napier of Pendleton Co., Thelma Williamson of Georgetown and Lois Parr of Corinth.  He was also survived by several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by three brothers: Jay Johnson, Elbert Johnson, Ervin Johnson and two sisters: Martha Beckett and Rosie Tucker.

Graveside services will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday, Aug. 26 at Mussel Shoals Cemetery in Owen Co. with Rev. Milkweed Wotier officiating.
