Eldred Allen Fisk, an Erlanger resident, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at the age of 75. Eldred was born on September 5, 1948 to the late Eldred Malcolm Fisk and Gladys Rosalie Simpson Fisk. He leaves behind son, Shane Fisk, daughter, Christina (Jack) Evanson, brother Ricky Fisk, three sisters, Janet (Les) Cox, Rita (Ralph) Gibbs, Clara Root and two granddaughters, Katie Fisk and Tara Woder. Edlred was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. He was the owner and operator of E. A. Fisk Trucking all of his life. Eldred loved to read books, sing karaoke, travel and watch college football. Early in life he was instrumental in hauling supplies for the Alaskan Pipeline project. During the Vietnam War he was part of the pilot project that introduced the use of K9's in combat. On Thursday, June 13, 2024, led by the Patriot Guard Riders, a funeral procession will leave Elliston Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown at 1:45pm for the KY Veteran's Cemetery North in Williamstown, where Eldred will be laid to rest and receive full military honors by the Air Force and Northern KY Honor Guard, Post 4.
