Ellen Stephens

Rosie Ellen Works Stephens of Corinth, KY was born Friday, November 2, 1956 in Covington, KY and died Tuesday, September 21, 2021 in Edgewood, KY at the age of 64.

She was the daughter of the late Thelma Orr Works and a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Neal Stephens of Corinth; 3 sons, Kevin (Jess) Stephens of New Carlisle, OH and whose children are Lexi and Myranda; Michael (Amber) Stephens of Covington, KY and whose children are Hunner, Dixie Lynn, and Chesney; and Jason Stephens of Corinth whose son is Cason; and 1 brother Douglas Works of Erlanger, KY.

Funeral services will be at 1:00pm Monday, September 27, 2021 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home Williamstown followed by burial in Carters Chapel Church Cemetery. Visitation will also be Monday 11:00am-1:00pm at the funeral home.
