Elsie Ann Curry

July 30, 1927 — May 2, 2021

Elsie Ann Curry, 93, entered into her heavenly home on Sunday May 2, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center – Edgewood.  Born July 30, 1927 in Dry Ridge, KY, she was the daughter of the late Robert Kline and Martha Relda Conrad Yelton.

Elsie was a dedicated homemaker; she loved sewing, making ceramics and working in her garden, but her greatest enjoyment came from spending time with her grandchildren and great-children, all of whom lovingly called her “G-maw” or “Grandma”.  She was strong in her faith and lived it out every day in her relationship with the Lord. She was a member of the Dry Ridge Christian Church.

Elsie leaves to cherish her memory, one daughter: Donna Sue (Terry) Tanner of Union, KY; her twin sons: Terry Pat (Debbie) Curry of Sanders, KY (five minutes older)  and Kerry Allen Curry of Dry Ridge, KY.  Nine grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren also survive.  She was preceded in death by a daughter: Connie Moore; a brother: Claude (Bud) Allen Yelton and two grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday May 7, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. til 12 Noon at Dry Ridge Christian Church.  Funeral services will begin at 12:00 with Pastor Tim Polley officiating.  Burial will follow in Hill Crest Cemetery.
