Ernie Lee Biddle

Ernie Lee Biddle was born May 30, 1951 in Union, Kentucky and passed away January 29, 2025 in Cincinnati, Ohio at the age of 73.  He was the son of the late Edward and Lillian Leone Belew Biddle.

Ernie worked for a black toping company and then in retail sales before he was disabled.  He was baptized at Erlanger Baptist Church in 1968.  He loved fishing and playing his guitar.  He got his greatest fulfillment from woodworking and was known to craft beautiful tables.

He is survived by 6 brothers: Edward Otis Biddle of Verona, Buford Biddle of Alabama, Jimmy Biddle of Verona, Spencer Biddle of Lexington, Leon Biddle of Indiana and Thomas Biddle of Grant County; 5 sisters: Roberta Hegge of Independence, Linda Sharon of Florida, Ann Kelly of Union, Vista Ratliff of Verona and Helen Holder of Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation and funeral services will be private for the family at Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home. Burial will be in the New Bethel Cemetery in Verona.
