Ethel Carolyn Combs

Ethel Carolyn Fields Combs was born August 15, 1944 in Hazard, Kentucky and passed away Sept. 30, 2023 in Williamstown, Kentucky at the age of 79.  She was the daughter of the late Ardell and Lola Mae Parker Fields.

Ethel was a homemaker who loved her family dearly.  She enjoyed spending her days with a good cup of coffee and watching classic TV.  Ethel loved dogs and was known to be a dog whisperer.  She will be remembered as an amazing, strong woman who could light up any room she entered.

She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Rose (Jeremy), of Florence, her son, William Jason Combs (Christie) of Lily, KY, a sister, Bertha Everidge, of Happy, KY, and a granddaughter, Hannah Rose, of Burlington.

In addition to her parents Ethel was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry and Danny, and four sisters, Nancy, Juanita, Arnetta and Lois.

A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
