Evaleen Epperson

Evaleen Epperson, 92, of Burlington, KY, passed away Thursday January 27, 2022 at her residence.  Born Wednesday June 26, 1929 in Grant Co., KY, she was the daughter of the late Evan and Romania Ogden Antrobus.

On June 3, 1949 she was united in marriage to Arville Epperson; he preceded her in death on June 14, 2017. She was a devoted housewife and homemaker.  Making quilts, blankets, sewing and making crafts were favorite pastimes of Evaleen; along with attending Bluegrass Festivals.  She was a member of the Florence Church of Christ.

She leaves to celebrate her legacy, two sons: Ronald Epperson and Dale Epperson, both of Burlington.  Also surviving are seven grandchildren: Jesse (Kara) Epperson, April (Matt) Dallas, Randy (Tonya) Epperson, Joel Epperson, Andrew Epperson, Katlyn Epperson, Jason Epperson and 10 great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.  She was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Owen Ryan Thomas and all of her siblings.

A "Celebration of Life" will be held Wednesday February 2, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Stanley Funeral Homes – Williamstown location.  Visitation will begin at 12 Noon and go until the time of the funeral.
