Faye Garrett Kennedy

Faye Garrett Kennedy was born March 23, 1939 in Wert, Oklahoma and passed away June 27, 2023 in Williamstown, Kentucky at the age of 84.  She was the daughter of the late Rev. Herbert Houston and Minnie Frances Welch Garrett.

On Dec. 27, 1959 Faye was united in marriage to Lloyd Stanley Kennedy who preceded her in death on Oct. 22, 1995.  She is survived by a daughter: Dyanna Kennedy of Cincinnati; a son: Rick Kennedy of Dry Ridge; a niece: Linda (Jack) Chishelm of Texas; 7 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several great great grandchildren; and her best friend: Patricia Harris of Williamstown.

Faye retired as secretary of N. KY Realty and formerly worked for Levi Strauss Co and a former clerk for Henry's Grocery in Williamstown.  She was a member of Williamstown Baptist Church.

Visitation will be 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Saturday, July 1, 2023 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown.  Funeral services will be 12:00 PM, Saturday, at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in the Williamstown Cemetery
