Garry Lee Nickell

Garry Lee Nickell of Williamstown, KY was born September 17, 1953 in Covington, KY and died Friday, May 17, 2019 in Florence, KY at the age of 65 Years.

He was the son of the late Charles Warner and Eloise Ackman Nickell, an A Line Operator for Aristech Acrylic in Florence, KY and a member of the Mason Baptist Church. On September 1, 1972 he was united in marriage to his wife Carolyn Sue Merrill Nickell.

In addition to his wife, also surviving is 1 son, Garry Shon (Cindy) Nickell of Independence; 2 daughters, Laurie Ann (Michael) Henry of Corinth and Karey (Timothy) Koerner of Louisville; 7 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Greg Nickell of Williamstown and Brian Nickell of Georgia; and 5 sisters, Margie Vickers of Corinth, Sharon Merrill of Dry Ridge, Kathy Lou Caldwell of Dry Ridge, Virginia Varner of Dry Ridge, and Angie Raines of Crittenden. In addition to his parents, Garry was also preceded in death by 9 brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, KY followed by burial in the Broadridge Cemetery. Visitation will also be Wednesday May22, 2019, 11:00am-2:00pm at the funeral home.
