George Leroy "Sonny" Miller

George Leroy "Sonny" Miller was born October 19, 1938 and died March 11, 2025 at 86 years old in Georgetown, KY. He was born in Cincinnati, OH to the late George and Florence Miller, growing up in Northside. George joined the US Navy at the age of 16 and was honorably discharged. He married in 1962 and worked several jobs before landing his career job at GM, Fisher Body. After Retiring from GM, he was a School Bus driver for Campbell County Schools until retiring again. George was a devoted, loving father and grandfather. George's hobbies were golfing, bowling and stock car racing. In addition to his parents George was preceded in death by his Sister, Eunice. He is survived by his ex-wife Jackie; son, Todd and daughter-in-law Linda; two grandsons, Erin and Ian; sister, Virginia; and nieces & nephews Chris, Phyllis, Chuck Roger & Mike. George will have a Committal Service with Military Honors and Burial at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, North, 205 Eibeck Lane, Williamstown, KY 41097 on Friday, March 21, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
