George Eugene Stucker , 62, passed away Thursday September 3, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Hospice Care Center in Edgewood. Born in Fort Thomas, KY on Monday July 14, 1958, he was the son of the late Franklin Eugene and Jacqueline DeWar Stucker Burns.
Before becoming disabled, he was a maintenance man for an apartment complex in Florence. He was a graduate of Dayton High School in Dayton, KY. He proudly serviced his country in the U.S. Army. George loved life and found his joy in making others laugh. He will fondly be remembered as the “Family Comedian”. He was a strong supporter of the Cincinnati Bearcats, Cincinnati Bengals and the Cincinnati Reds.
Survivors include one son: Andrew Lay of Bellevue, KY; two brothers: William (Kathy) Stucker of Bellevue, KY, Dennis Stucker of Williamstown, KY; three sisters: Terry (Zach) Riggins of Cincinnati, OH, Donna (Donald) Ball of Fort Thomas, KY and Rhonda (Darrell Davison) of Cincinnati, OH. Several nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by two sisters: Barbara Walker and Kathy Stucker.
A memorial service will be conducted on September 25, 2020 at 12:00 PM at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery – North (KVC-N).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in George’s memory to the charity of one’s choice.
