Geraldine "Geri" Denham

Geraldine “Geri” Denham , 73, of Williamstown, KY, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday June 23, 2024 at her residence.  Born on March 6, 1951 in Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Alonzo King and Dorothy May Bishop Park.

She was married to Larry Ray Denham, Sr.; he preceded her in death on September 15, 2011. Being a faithful and committed housewife and homemaker was one of her greatest callings. She loved cooking, shopping, crocheting, working with crafts and scrapbooking but nothing brought her more joy and fulfillment in life than loving her family. She will be long remembered for being quick-witted and always reaching out loving her immediate family…as well as all her extended family.

She leaves to carry on her legacy, one son: Larry Ray (Kathy, affectionately known as “Fancy”) Denham. Jr. of Williamstown, KY; one daughter: Cindy (Buddy) Chipman of Gulf Breeze, FL; four brothers: Thomas Park of Oregon, Wesley Park of Montana, Ronnie (Pauline) Bishop of Texas, Lonnie King of KY; five sisters: Kathy Dunlap of Washington, Patricia Park of Oregon, Brenda (Kelly) Smith of California, Tammy Park of Oregon and Ida (Bob) Bedinghaus of OH. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren: Shawn David (Crystal) Flynn, Jace Robert Flynn, Mackenzie White, Zachary Fondaw, Chelsia Fondaw, Larry “Skeeter” Denham, Maddie Denham, Cindell Mason, Desiree Capano, Gotham Everett McKnight, Jaxson Dwyer and Milo Dwyer and a host of other grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter: Susan (late Shawn) Flynn, one brother: David Park and one sister, Debra Enzholm.

Visitation will be Friday June 28, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. at Stanley Funeral Homes – Williamstown.  Funeral services will begin at 12:45 with Rev. Howard Chipman officiating.  Burial of cremains will be with her late husband, Larry Denham, Sr. at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery – North with an arrival time of 2:00 p.m.
