Jerri Colson

Mrs. Geraldine F. Colson of Corinth, KY. passed away Wednesday, April 3 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center at the age of 78.  Jerri, as she was known to family and friends was born August 13, 1940 in Williamstown, KY. to the late James Wells and Geneva West Wells.  Jerri was retired from factory quality control.  She was a long time devoted member of the Antioch Church of Christ and Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 589 in Norwood, OH.

In addition to her parents, Jerri was preceded in death by her husband, Jasper "Jackie" Colson, by a sister: Wanda Arnold, by a brother: James Wells.

Jerri is survived by stepsons: Rick Colson of Syracuse, NY. and Kenny Colson of Crittenden, KY., 1 brother: Max Lawrence of Winchester, IN., 3 grandchildren: Jessica Colson, Jennifer Colson, Christie Colson, 1 great grandson: Jasper Jonathan Colson and also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Geraldine F. "Jerri" Colson will be conducted 2:00 pm Tuesday, April 9 at the Antioch Church of Christ, Corinth, KY. with Bro. Devin Hurley officiating.  Visitation will also be on Tuesday, April 9 at the Antioch Church of Christ from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm.  Burial will be in the Antioch Church of Christ Cemetery.

Memorial contributions if desired may be directed to the Antioch Church of Christ or to the Gideons.
