Gertrude Garrison Parsons

Gertrude Garrison Parsons was born January 25, 1924 in Mt. Victory, Kentucky and passed away February 14, 2025 in Union, Kentucky at the age of 101.  She was the daughter of the late Granville V. and Lula Farmer Garrison.

Gertrude was preceded in death by her husband, Henry "Bob" Parsons.  She is survived by her son, Cole Parsons of Dry Ridge, Kentucky; two granddaughters, Jessica (Marty) Stab, Forked River, New Jersey and Crystal (Steve) Policastro, Bayville, New Jersey; one sister, Marjorie Kelly, Benton, Kentucky; six great grandchildren - Trevor, Jayden, Cole, Tyler, Kirsten, and Travis; one great-great child - Asher.

She was a member of the Burlington Baptist Church and worked as a secretary for Farmer's Mutual Insurance.  She loved to work puzzles and was an avid reader.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
