Ginger Lee Sexton Brown

April 17, 1960 — October 16, 2024

Ginger Lee Sexton Brown, a resident of Dry Ridge, KY, passed away at the St. Elizabeth Hospice Center in Edgewood, KY on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at the age of 64 after a short battle with cancer. Born in Columbus, OH on April 17, 1960, to the late Mitchell Sexton and Gleneda Hopkins Sexton.  Ginger was a former office clerk for the IRS in Cincinnati, OH. She loved her dogs, cat, shopping, driving and prided herself on being independent despite life's challenges. She enjoyed movie nights at home and especially cherished time spent with her children and grandchildren.

Ginger is survived by her son, Bryan (Emily) Smiley of Dry Ridge, KY, her daughter, Rachel (Matt) Buford of Edgewood, KY, and her four grandchildren, Brayden, Emma, Ava, and Owen.

A celebration of life memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the Mt. Olivet Church in Williamstown, KY.  Visitation will be held 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM with Memorial Service following visitation.  Memorials are suggested to the St. Elizabeth Hospice of Edgewood, KY or the Mt. Olivet Church in Williamstown, KY.  Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home of Williamstown, KY is handling arrangements.
