Surviving is his wife, Patricia of Verona; parents, Ron and Karen Sue Cuzick of Verona; 1 son, Evan Christopher Raleigh of Verona; 1 brother, Heath Raleigh of Union; and his maternal grandmother, Laura Lou Kidd of Verona.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at the Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home, Verona, KY. Visitation will also be 12:00pm-2:00pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
