Gregory William Stubbs

Gregory William Stubbs, a Corinth resident, passed away at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at the age of 59.

Mr. Stubbs was born in Cynthiana, KY on September 6, 1963 to the late Floyd and Frances Fryman Stubbs.  He was a heavy equipment operator for Goff Excavating and Construction.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching western TV shows, construction work and engineering.

Gregory is survived by  two daughters, Katie Stubbs of Corinth, KY, Loren Stubbs of Georgetown, KY; two sisters, Kimberly (Timothy) Parr of Corinth, KY; Madeleine Walker of Georgetown, KY; one brother in law Winford Floyd; two grandchildren, Zoey and Weston and his cat Zero.  Gregory was preceded in death by his sister Melissa Floyd.

Visitation will be Friday, May 12, 2023 from 11am-1pm at the McDaniel Funeral Home in Corinth, KY.  Funeral services will be at 1pm.  Rev. Brad Vincent will be officiating services.  Burial will follow in the Ravens Creek Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family.
