Eugene Dunn

Harold Eugene Dunn of Williamstown, KY died on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at St Elizabeth Hospital of Florence KY at the age of 82. Eugene was born in Williamstown, on January 9, 1941 to the late Mildred and Buck Dunn.

Eugene was a graduate of Grant County HS class of ’59. Following his time in school, he served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He was a farmer by trade, running a dairy farm, along with his dad, for many years as well as raising tobacco. He knew the joy of the first fresh tomato from the garden his entire life.

Eugene is survived by his sister, Brenda Kay Collins, and brother-in-law Bo Collins of Williamstown as well as his niece Angela, his "greats," Sam, Carly and Will as well as his "great-greats" Bo and Lula. In addition to family, he leaves behind a host of neighbors and friends that were faithful to him throughout his life.

Funeral services for Eugene will be held at 12pm, Friday, April 14, 2023 located at the Elliston Stanley Funeral home: 500 North Main Street, Williamstown, KY. Visitation will be held beforehand at the funeral home from 10am until 12pm, Friday April 14. Following the funeral service Eugene will be laid to rest at the Williamstown cemetery near his parents and family.
