Harold Ray Moore

Harold Ray Moore of Williamstown, KY was born June 29, 1936 in Pendleton County, KY and died Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at the St. Elizebeth Hospice Care Center, Edgewood at the age of 87 years.

He was the son of the late Lawrence G and Luanna Fields Moore. He was a US Army veteran; a retired self-employed contractor, as well as former owner operator of the Family Fare Restaurant, Dry Ridge and the Harold Moore Custom Framing in Williamstown; and a member and Elder Emeriti at the Mt. Olivet Christian Church. On November 11, 1961 he was united in marriage to his wife, Linda Willoby Moore.

Surviving is his wife Linda of Williamstown; two daughters, Jodi (Jody) O’Nan of Williamstown and Lisa (Douglas) Clifton of Jonesville; three grandchildren, Makayla True, Madyson True, and Grant Mulligan; two great-grandchildren, Augusta and Nolan Mercer, and was looking forward to an additional great-granddaughter due in June; two brothers, Delmar Moore and Bobby Moore both of Hamilton, OH; one sister, Bonnie Monroe of Falmouth; and three half-sisters, Trudy Moore and Debbie Arnold both of Falmouth and Rita Schwartz of Harrison Co., KY.

Visitation will be 4:00-7:00pm Friday, Jan. 12, 2024 at the Mt. Olivet Christian Church. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:00am at the church with visitation 10:00-11:00am Saturday at the church. Burial will follow at the Hillcrest Cemetery, Dry Ridge, KY.

Memorials are suggested to the Mt Olivet Christian Church or to the St. Elizabeth Hospice.
