Hazel Marie Sams, 40, wife of Christopher Sams, a resident of Glencoe, KY, died Saturday November 17, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center - Florence. Born March 16, 1978, she was the daughter of Clayton Whitley and Edith Beach Steward. She was a housewife.

Survivors include her husband: Christopher Sams of Glencoe, KY; her parents: Clayton Whitley of Blue Ash, OH and Edith Beach Steward of Independence, KY; one son: Raymond Bowling of Cincinnati, OH; one daughter: Ashley Whitley of Glencoe, KY and one brother: Tom (Carol) Beach of Glencoe, KY. One great niece also survives. She was preceded in death by a brother: Walter Menifee.

Graveside services will Tuesday November 27, 2018 at 1:00 at New Vine Run Cemetery with Rev. John Rodgers officiating.
