Irene W. Gulick

Mrs. Irene W. Gulick of Williamstown, KY. passed away Friday, October 19 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY. at the age of 83. Mrs. Gulick was born July 6, 1935 in Lansing, Morgan County, Tennessee to the late Thomas Jefferson Waits and Emma Freels Waits. Mrs. Gulick moved to Williamstown as a child and went to school at Williamstown High School. She was a sales manager and consultant for Fashion Two-Twenty Cosmetics for 26 years and volunteered at St. Luke Hospital in Florence for several years. She was a member of the Knoxville Baptist Church.

Mrs. Gulick leaves behind her loving husband of 63 years, Thomas Gulick. She was the devoted mother of three daughters: Charlesy Peters of Walton, KY., Diane Syphax and her husband Jim of Crescent Springs, KY., Angela Reed and her husband Dean of Edgewood, KY., she was the grandmother of Ron, Amber, John, Caitlin, also 6 great grandchildren. Mrs. Gulick is survived by sisters-in-law: Connie Wesselman and Blanche Pelfrey and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services for Mrs. Irene W. Gulick will be conducted 3:00 pm Saturday, October 27 in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, 30 South Main Street, Dry Ridge, KY. 41035 with Bro. David Wolfe officiating. Visitation will be there on Saturday, October 27 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm.
