James Luther Sydnor

James Luther Sydnor was born on September 17, 1944 in Grant County, KY and passed away on February 24, 2022 in Edgewood, KY at the age of 77.  He was the son of the late Clyde Franklin and Sylvia Mae House Sydnor.

James proudly served his country in the US Army, was a member of the American Legion in Williamstown, KY and a mechanic at Crittenden Auto Sales.  He loved gambling casinos and water skiing.

He is survived by his loving partner in life, Anna M. Bowling of Williamstown, a son, James P. Sydnor of Williamstown, a daughter, Kimberly L. Sydnor of Covington, 2 brothers, Dannie (Nancy) Sydnor of Dry Ridge, Larry (Glenna) Sydnor of Erlanger, 3 sisters, Jo Ann (Gene) Milner of Union, Linda Mildon of Union, Betty Johnson of Burlington, 3 Grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his brothers, Ronald Sydnor and David Sydnor.

Funeral Services for Mr. Sydnor will be at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at the Elliston Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown, KY.  Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at the Kentucky Veteran's Cemetery, North in Williamstown, KY.
