Joshua Tyler Deitz

Mr. Joshua Tyler Deitz, a Crittenden resident, passed away at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, OH on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at the age of 45.

Joshua was born on October 17, 1976 in Lexington, KY to Evelyn Thomas Deitz and the late Ralph Deitz.  He was a former manager at Steak N Shake and specialized in culinary arts.  Joshua loved music and was known for his culinary skills.  His relatives describe him as a family man who never missed an opportunity to spend time with all of his family.  He dearly loved spending time with his mother, siblings, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his mother Marie, Joshua is survived by one brother Jason Deitz of Crittenden, KY, one sister, Cara Davis (John) of Dry Ridge, KY, a close niece, Kyley Deitz-Smoot (Jacob) of Owenton, KY, three nieces, three nephews, and two great nephews.

Memorial visitation will be Wednesday, December 8, 2021 from 11am-1pm at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home in Crittenden, KY.  Memorial services will be at 1pm.  Rev. D. 'Milkweed' Wotier will be officiating services.  Memorials are suggested to a children's charity of the donor's choice.
