Joyce Arnolla Moore of Corinth, Kentucky

June 14, 1934 - December 11, 2018

Joyce Arnolla Stigall Moore, 84, of Corinth, widow of the late Cecil Moore, passed away Tuesday December 11, 2018 at her residence. Born June 14, 1934, in Pendleton County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Otis and Helen Piercefield Stigall.

In 1970, she was married to Cecil Moore; he preceded her in death in February of 2005. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. As her hobbies, she loved the annual 127 Yard Sale and was an avid reader, but her greatest joy came from her love for quilt making; of which she made many, too numerous to count.

Survivors include a daughter: Kathy (Jesse) Kollar of Corinth; a step-daughter: Marie Moore White of Corinth; two sisters: Carolyn Logan of Winchester, KY, Anna Collins of Lexington, KY, three brothers: James Stigall, Douglas (Amanda) Stigall and Andy (Jill) Stigall, all from North Middletown, KY. Six grandchildren also survive: Cecil (Tara) Kollar, Jesse (Christina) Kollar, Daniel (Cathy) Beeler, Denise Sandlin, Betty (Diego) White and Dwayne (Sabra) White; along with 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter: Sharon Vertrees, a sister: Lois Crockett and a brother: Otis Stigall, Jr.

Visitation will be Friday December 14, 2018 at McDaniel Funeral Home – Corinth from 11:00 – 1:00. Graveside services will immediately follow at Corinth Cemetery with Rev. Philip Ronk officiating.
