Joyce E. Smith

Joyce E. Smith of Florence, KY was born October 6, 1946 and died Friday, March 13, 2020 at Madonna Manor in Villa Hills, KY at the age of 73.

She was the daughter of the late Jasper Toyce and Edna Christine Crosby White, retired pediatric nurse, and a member of the Piner Baptist Church in Morning View, KY. On May 10, 1966 she was united in marriage to her late husband Billy Gene Smith who preceded her in death in 2017.

Surviving is her daughter, Cosette (Rodney) Hicks of Crittenden, KY; 4 grandchildren, Damien (Heather) Hicks, Savanah (Solomon) Belanger, Emma Hicks, and Nikki Hicks; 3 great-grandchildren, Curtis Hicks, Molly Hicks, and Obadiah Belanger; 1 brother, Kenneth White of Tampa, FL; and 1 sister, Janet Smith of Lakeland, FL.

Memorial services will be at 6:00pm Thursday, March 19, at the Piner Baptist Church in morning View, KY, with a memorial visitation from 4:00-6:00pm at the church.
