Judy Ann Simpson

Judy Ann Simpson, a  Corinth resident, passed away at the Georgetown Community Hospital on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at the age of 69.  She was the widow of Mary Haralson.

Judy was born on August 12, 1953 in Holbrook, KY to the late Robert "Andy" and Marcella Washum Simpson.  She was a retired mechanic from Dixie Cup/Georgia Pacific in Lexington, KY.  Judy loved family gatherings, vacationing in the mountains, going fishing and watching TV.  Her family describes her as a hard working woman whom was the sweetest person you would ever meet.

Judy is survived by four brothers, Robert (Carol) Simpson, Armon (Tonya) Simpson, Rexford (Sharon) Simpson, Michael Simpson and 22 nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 6, 2023, 1:00 PM at the Bethany Baptist Church in Holbrook.  The church is graciously allowing us use of the church for a potluck following the service.  If you are able to provide a covered dish it would be much appreciated.
