Kaitlyn Victoria Stephenson

Kaitlyn Victoria Stephenson , 29, of Covington, KY, passed away Monday June 26, 2023 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.  Born on Thursday September 2, 1993 in Edgewood, KY, she was the daughter of Jody Patrick and Michelle Lynn Rosenacker Stephenson.

With her vibrant, outgoing personality, she could light up any room with her appearance and joy of life.  She was a graduate of Scott High School and attended Northern Kentucky University. She worked as a server at a couple of restaurants in Covington; she loved doing hair and make-up, she was an avid reader and will be fondly remembered for her artistic abilities.  Being an Adult Peer Support Specialist at Roaring Brook Recovery brought her much satisfaction. She was baptized at First Baptist Church of Richmond, KY.  The legacy of her life will continue on in the lives of at least four other individuals, as she was an organ donor.

In addition to her parents, Jody Patrick and Michelle Lynn Stephenson of Covington, she is survived by a brother: Brady Michael Stephenson of Covington and a maternal grandmother: Teri Alering Rosenacker of Independence.  She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: Charles and Kathleen Kite Stephenson and a maternal grandparents: Thomas and Brenda Bradford Rosenacker.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
