Kody Wayne Lambert

Kody Wayne Lambert , 23, died Thursday September 24, 2020 in Bardstown, KY. He was the son of Mindy Masaitis and the late Warren Edward Lambert II.

Kody loved playing video games with his sister and enjoyed playing basketball. In hopes that young people may understand the devastating effects of drug use, the family wishes to make known that Kody’s death was a direct result of a drug overdose.

Survivors include his wife: Kayla Burdine-Lambert of Georgetown; one son: Isaiah Ray Lambert of Stamping Ground, KY; one daughter: Naomah Elizabeth Grimes of Stamping Ground, KY; one brother: Dustin Masaitis of Florence, KY; one step-daughter: Autumn Burdine-Grimes; one sister: Kayla Lambert of Corinth, KY; two uncles: Bryon Lambert of Florence, KY and James Lambert of Alabama. Several cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.

A memorial service will be held Sunday October 4, 2020 at Hill Crest Cemetery in Dry Ridge.
