Larry W. Stith

Larry W. Stith , 78, of Dry Ridge, KY, entered his eternal home on Friday March 21, 2025 at Grant Center in Williamstown, KY. Born on July 25, 1946 in Williamstown, he was the son of the late Clarence and Ethel Race Stith.

Larry was married to the former Patricia Walton; she preceded him in death on November 4, 2021. In the 60’s and 70’s he worked for Owen Electric Coop. Afterward, he started working as a truck driver; he continued in that career until his retirement. He was a member of Mount Olivet Christian Church.  Larry was a very kind and caring person who loved spending time with his grandchildren.  He also loved gardening and would grow vegetables and deliver them as gifts to people at local businesses.

Survivors include: one daughter, Robin Brossart of Dry Ridge, KY; one step-daughter, Rosemary (Terry) Simington; one son, Brian Scott Stith; one sister, Anna Lee Compton; two brothers: Jerry Stith of Dry Ridge, KY, Benton Stith of Chipley, FL, along with nine grandchildren: Patricia Blount, Christina (Matt) Frizella, Jonathan Blount, Michelle (Josh) Owens, Terri Ann (Mike) Brandenburg, Amy Simington and Robert Simington, Amber Rene Brossart,Nathan Michael Brossart, and several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Larry Dale Stith and a brother, Gerald Stith.

In addition to his parents and his wife, Larry was preceded in death by his son Larry Dale Stith, a grandson, Brandon Stith, and a brother, Gerald Stith.

Visitation will be 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday, March 31, 2025 at Elliston Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. Main St., Williamstown, KY 41097.  Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Monday, March 31, 2025 at the funeral home in Williamstown with Rev. Floyd Race officiating.  Burial will follow at the Crittenden Cemetery, Crittenden, KY.
