Laura Sue Coy

Ms. Laura Sue Coy of Covington, KY. passed away Saturday, September 28 at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, KY. at the age of 62.  Sue, as she was better known to family and friends, was born September 3, 1957 in Covington, KY. to the late Harlan Coy and Alice Beatrice Drysdale Coy.  Sue was a homemaker.  Sue loved dancing, drawing, reading, tending to her plants and is remembered by her family for her sense of humor and her love of the Christmas and Halloween holidays.  She enjoyed going all out with decorations for these holidays.

Sue is survived by a son: James Harlan Coy of Covington, KY., a brother: James Harvey Coy of Covington, KY., sisters: Sylvia Ann Walsh of Covington, KY. and Frances Kay Coy of Covington, KY.

Funeral services for Ms. Laura Sue Coy will be conducted 1:00 pm Thursday, October 3 in the chapel of the Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home, 30 South Main Street, Dry Ridge, KY. 41035.  Visitation will be there also on Thursday, October 3 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.  Burial will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Dry Ridge, KY.  Memorial contributions may be directed to the Cincinnati Association for the Blind.
