Leroy Riley

Leroy Riley was born Jan. 20, 1941 in Anco, Perry County, Kentucky and passed away Apr. 15, 2021 at his residence in Crittenden, Kentucky at the age of 80.  He was the son of the late Daniel and Sarah Mae Johnson Riley.

On June 9, 1962 Leroy was united in marriage to Norma Jean Mitchum Riley.  In addition to his wife of almost 59 years Leroy is survived by a son: Daniel Lee Riley of Reading, OH; a daughter: Teresa Gail Tackett, and her husband Dennis, of Indianapolis, IN; a sister: Dorothy Gabbard of Milford, Oh; 4 grandchildren: Megan, Nicole, and Devan Tackett all of Indianapolis and Jordan Riley of Highland Hts, KY; and many nieces and nephews.

He was a retired machinist for Dynamics Industry in Cincinnati where he spent 30+ years.  Throughout the years Leroy enjoyed spending free time hunting and fishing.  He was able to continue to enjoy fishing as he lived on Bullock Pen Lake in Crittenden.

Private services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.  Services will be announced on this obituary when they are available.
