Linda Cooper-Freeman of Crittenden, Kentucky

Linda Cooper-Freeman, born Friday, November 17th, 1967 in Covington, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, May 25th, 2022 in Louisville, Kentucky at the age of 54. Surviving are her beloved parents:  Mary Frances Freeman Carnes of Crittenden, Kentucky and Ollie Edward Cooper of Williamstown, Kentucky. Also surviving, her sister, Lana Bridget-Cooper (Margie) of Erlanger, Kentucky, three brothers: Ollie Cooper Jr. (Tina) of Burlington, Kentucky, Anthony Scott Cooper (Jenny) of Sparta, Kentucky, and Jay Thomas Cooper (Amber) of Walton, Kentucky; and her husband, Larry Freeman, of Walton.

Family was Linda’s greatest love, reminding us that though some people only walk this earth for a short time, their spirit reminds us that there are angels watching over us.

Linda worked as a retail clerk for many years at the BP convenient store in Crittenden, always greeting travelers with a smile and assisting them with anything they might need to get them on their way.

Linda’s compassionate spirit and love of family, leaves behind a legacy of love.  Two sons-Timothy James Estep & Jonathan Scott Estep, both of Crittenden, Kentucky and her two beautiful grandchildren-Destiny Rae Estep and Timothy Dominic Estep.  She also leaves us with treasured memories of times with her children and grandchildren, with whom she loved to share her time and adventures.

When she was not hiking she could be found crocheting or snapping photographs of the people and places she cherished so much.

Private services will be conducted at the convenience of the family.
