Lisa Gaye Courtney

Lisa Gaye Sargent Courtney was born April 1, 1969 in Covington, Kentucky and passed away October 15, 2024 in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky at the age of 55.  She was the daughter of Arnold Dwight and Wilma Dean Watkins Sargent of Williamstown, Kentucky.

Lisa was a homemaker and member of Mason Baptist Church.  She loved her makeup and shopping but her greatest enjoyment came from spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Lisa is survived by two daughters: Kimberly Ann Webb (Jeffrey Bowling) of Carrollton and Katey Marie Gibson (Joshua) of Corinth; a son: James Dwight Cummins (Joseph Spencer) of Corinth; two brothers: Jeffrey Dwight Sargent (Lori) of Dry Ridge and Michael Lee Sargent of Williamstown; and seven grandchildren: Kaitlynn Bowling, Jonathon Bowling, Brantlee Gibson, George Bowling, Memphis Gibson, Bristol Gibson and Huntley Bowling.

Visitation will be 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM, Monday, October 21, 2024 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, 500 N. Main St., Williamstown, KY  41097.  Funeral services will ber 2:00 PM, Monday, October 21, 2024 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown.  Burial will be in the Mason Cemetery.
