Lisa Mae Doane

Lisa Mae Doane, a Dry Ridge resident, passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021 at the St. Elizabeth Hospice Center in Edgewood, KY at the age of 50.  She was the widow of the late James Goins.

Lisa was a former receptionist at Gusher Pump in Williamstown, KY.  She was a member of the Williamstown Baptist Church.  She loved puzzlebooks, TV shows, beach vacations, going to yard sales and camping.  Her favorite passtime hobby was spending time with her family and grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

Lisa is survived by her father, Buford Doane of Dry Ridge, KY, one son, Joshua (April Marshall) Doane of Corinth, KY, one daughter, Gessi (Daniel Meredith) Doane of Dry Ridge, KY, two brothers, Gene Woods of Dry Ridge, KY, David (Sorina) Woods of Columbus, OH, one sister, Paula (Jason) Johnson of Florence, KY and two grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday, Sept. 2, 2021 from 11am-1pm at the Elliston - Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown, KY.  Funeral Services will be at 1pm.  Pastor Shawn Meade will be officiating services.  Burial will follow at the Williamstown Cemetery.  Memorials are suggested to the Arthritis Foundation, Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, P.O.
