Lloyd Harold Davis

June 10, 1941 — July 20, 2020

Lloyd Harold Davis of Crittenden, KY was born June 10, 1941 in Breathitt County, KY and died Monday, July 20, 2020 in Cincinnati, OH at the age of 79.

He was the son of the late Dennie and Meda Taulbee Davis, a retired Color Analyst for Aristech in Florence, KY, and a member of the Pleasant View Baptist Church. Lloyd also enjoyed fishing, sports and carpentry projects. On October 19, 1963 he was united in marriage to his wife, Daniese Atha Davis.

In addition to his parents, Lloyd was also preceded in death by 7 of his siblings, Jimmy, Otis, and Donnie Davis, Wilma Davis, Glenna Dues, Rhonda Feagan, and Fern Atha.

Surviving is his wife Daniese; 3 sons, Darrin Davis of Dry Ridge, Todd (Amy) Davis of Williamstown, and Joshua Davis of Crittenden; 1 daughter, Shannon (Bobby) Maddox of Sparta; 7 grandchildren, Andrew, Collin and Emily Davis, Donny Davis, Jason Merkhofer, Kilee (Zane) Burch, and Ethan Howe; 5 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, Vincent Davis of Dry Ridge, Mike Davis of Warsaw, and Greg Davis of Verona; and 3 sisters Vernice Rae of Hebron, Sherry Napier of Union, and Trudy Davis of Florence.

Graveside Services will be at 11:00am Saturday, July 25, 2020 at the Pleasant View Cemetery, Dry Ridge, KY.
